Dr. Damir Haluzan

Dr. sc. Damir Halužan, MD, is a vascular surgeon at the Department of Vascular Surgery of KBC Zagreb. He received his doctorate at the post-graduate doctoral study in Biomedicine and Health at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zagreb. He is an assistant in a cumulative relationship at the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb. He is professionally trained and actively participates in foreign and domestic congresses and courses, and publishes scientific papers and congress reports in the field of vascular surgery. He acquired knowledge and skills in ultrasound diagnostics of blood vessels and laser vascular surgery. He is a member of the vascular tissue explantation team of KBC Zagreb. He participated as leader and coordinator in several research studies. He is a member of several national and foreign professional societies.
