How it works

1st step in receiving treatment through ZagrebMed network is sending an inquiry and creating your unique ZagrebMed profile. You can do that by selecting the required medical service and providing the key information about you and your medical needs. Your unique ZagrebMed profile will be created, linked with your email. Your profile gives you direct access to healthcare providers for your medical needs.

Communicating with clinics is easy. Once your profile is created, it enables you to communicate with clinics directly. For each selected medical service, check the inquiries tab under your profile. There you can find individual inquiries with each hospital providing the selected medical service. By clicking on view inquiry, you will find the details regarding your inquiry. To chat directly with the clinic, we recommend to use the chat field, everything you write there is automatically shared. Use it do discuss all the details regarding your medical treatment. Your information is safe and is never shared with third parties.

Having discussed the key information regarding your treatment with the clinic, a personalised treatment plan will be prepared by the clinic and uploaded into your inquiry. Whether you require travel, accommodation, transfer or additional travel assistance, the same will be provided within your inquiry. ZagrebMed is here to cover everything for a stress-free medical trip.

Approve the treatment plan within your inquiry, or you can request a modification. A detailed itinerary will be prepared once you have confirmed the required medical and travel services. A day-to-day plan will be included. For assistance, ZagrebMed patient coordinator is at your disposal.

Upon your arrival home we will follow-up with you regularly to track your recovery and satisfaction with the service provided. Your opinion matter to us and you will have the option to give feedback on all aspects of your medical trip in Zagreb.
