Franka Cegur
Franka Cegur graduated with honors in speech therapy from the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Zagreb, in 2019. She began gaining experience in private practice and then continued at the SUVAG Polyclinic in the Department for Medical Rehabilitation of Preschool Children. Since 2020, she has been employed at the Polyclinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Children's Hospital Zagreb.
Qualifications
In collaboration with the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Zagreb and the University of Rijeka's speech therapy program, Franka serves as a mentor to graduate students in speech therapy practice. She continues her professional development and is training in the use of standardized tests for assessing speech and language development.
Experience
During her time at the Clinic, she has primarily gained experience in diagnosing and assessing communication and speech-language development in children of all ages. She also actively participates in team assessments of preschool and school-aged children with neurodevelopmental disorders and provides early intervention counseling to parents.
