It is also effective for arthritis and rheumatic changes. This therapy helps reduce pain and spasms and alleviates inflammation in muscles and joints.

Treatment
The ultrasound is applied to the painful area using a probe, along with a contact medium (oil, gel, cream). By heating the tissues deeply, without affecting the skin and subcutaneous tissue, it reduces pain, muscle spasms, and joint inflammation. It can also be applied in a water bath.
