Preparation
Before the treatment, the following tests are required: chest and heart X-rays, ECG, complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, urea and creatinine levels, and obtaining an elastic binder. It is also recommended to avoid eating and drinking for at least three hours before the treatment.
Treatment
The treatment uses laser fibers that, through optical energy, stimulate the strong development of new collagen, skin renewal, connective tissue restructuring, and improved circulation, resulting in a significant rejuvenation effect on the skin’s surface. It rejuvenates both the surface and deeper layers of the skin. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia. Laser fibers with diameters of 200, 300, 400, 600, and 1000 microns are used, with 1 mm being equivalent to 1000 microns. These fibers are extremely thin. For fibers with diameters of 200 and 300 microns, anesthesia is not required, while fibers with diameters of 400, 600, and 1000 microns are used with local anesthesia. During the treatment, a Zimmer device is used to cool the skin, reducing pain and discomfort.
Result
The average duration of results is several years, with minor variations depending on the treated area and the condition of the skin.
